Download your data or delete your account

Get a copy of everything Pufy holds about you, or erase it all.

Download my data

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the Settings button at the bottom left.
2. Tap Download my data.
3. Save or share the file.

It is one JSON file with your account, agents, chats, approval cards, memories, notes, to-dos, plugins, skills, automations, price watches and ratings. Your files are listed with the text Pufy read from them. Download the files themselves from Library. Sign-in secrets and service sign-ins are never in it.

Delete your account

1. In Settings, under Account, tap Delete account.
2. Confirm.

Your conversations, what Pufy knows, your Library and everything else are erased for good. Connected services have their access revoked. This cannot be undone.
