Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name and address to be added] ("we") for using Pufy, its apps, website, API and MCP server.

Using Pufy

• You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Keep your sign-in and API keys safe. You are responsible for what is done with them.
• Give true details when you sign up.

What Pufy does, and what you decide

Pufy is an AI agent. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. It is not professional advice.

Pufy asks you on an approval card before it sends, books or changes something. When you approve a card, or set a standing approval for an automation, you are telling Pufy to do that action, and you are responsible for it.

Plans

• Free: text chat with a daily limit.
• Pufy+: the full tools, voice and higher limits. Price: to be announced.

Paid plans will be sold through the App Store and Google Play, under their payment and refund rules. Limits and features may change; we will tell you before a change that reduces what you pay for.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pufy to:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• harass, deceive or harm people, or send spam;
• get into accounts or systems you are not allowed to use;
• get around Pufy's limits, approvals or safety measures, or overload the service.

Your content

What you send to Pufy and what Pufy writes for you is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Pufy for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Plugins and other services

When you connect a plugin or another service, its own terms apply between you and that service. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

API and MCP

Personal API keys are for your own use. Keep them secret. A key cannot approve actions; those still wait for you in the app. Requests count toward your limits.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Pufy running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. We will update these terms when needed and tell you in the app about important changes.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Pufy is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for what you approve Pufy to do. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. [Wording to be completed by a lawyer.]
